Bahrain Web Awards is created to recognize excellence in web designers, developers and Website Owner, giving them an opportunity to showcase their work in a competition for the best website in each of designated 24 categories.
Bahrain Web Awards winners will be announced during Bahrain Web Awards Gala Ceremony. Bahrain Web Awards winners will compete with winners from other Arab countries for the prestigious Pan Arab Web Awards competition.

Web Company of the Year Award
This year a new award has been added to the competition.
It is the Web Company of the Year Award.
Each Web Company has the liberty to submit up to 20 websites in the competition and is entitled to be a nominee for the above Award.
Winning websites for web companies only will be re-evaluated by the Jurors based on the following methodology:

• Each winning website holding golden award level receives 3 points
• Each winning website holding silver award level receives 2 points
• Each winning website holding bronze award level receives 1 point
• Points will be calculated for each company alone where the highest sum among web companies will receive the Web Company of the Year Award.
